The ESA Emergency Communications Centre holds records for the ACT Community to maximise efficiency in emergency responses; such as PIN’s, locations of padlocks and medical alerts. Sensitive information will be stored on a secure system which will prompt the Emergency Communications Officer when the address is entered in case of a Triple Zero call or emergency service attendance to that location. Should any ACT ESA resource (Ambulance, Fire & Rescue, Rural Fire Service or State Emergency Service) be dispatched to that location, the unit attending will be advised of the information via secure communication.
